PHA's are a form of acid that's gentle yet effective in exfoliating the uppermost surface layers of skin. This toner is formulated with Gluconolactone and 3% Niacinamide to target dull, tired, and uneven skin by exfoliating dead skin cells and brightening skin. Aloe also helps to keep extra-sensitive skin calm, while also providing much needed hydration.

How to use

After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Do not rinse off. Follow up with the rest of your routine.
